Requirement

- Proven food and beverage management experience

- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

- Degree in any related field.

- Welcome customers when they arrive.

- Greeting diners to the table upon arrival and

introducing them to the menu.

- Maintains familiarity with menu items, promotion and brand information to answer customer’s questions and give recommendations.

- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, food safety and sanitation standard during food preparation, serve and clean up.

- Taking orders, entering them into the POS system and collect payments

- To receive, record and confirm reservations.

- To maintain outlet cleanliness.

- Any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Good understanding of culinary techniques and modern trends

• Good Knowledge and enforcement of hygiene, health and safety practices and regulations (HACCP, H&S regulations)

• Have the passion and patience for new menu creation

• Have initiative, is hard working and able to lead the kitchen by him/herself

• Able to commit a 6 days work week.
